Dear Valued Customer:

Atria has always prided itself in the manufacturing of quality products accompanied by excellent service during and after the purchase. This family-owned business was started by Dave Gerhardt and Betty Gerhardt in 1980. As we prepare to close the doors for the final time, we would like to leave everyone with a recent statement from our son who is employed over-seas:

Effective July 30, 2010, Atria Building Products ceased operations as a manufacturer of high quality windows and doors.
Dave and Betty would like to thank every one of our past employees, our customers, and our suppliers. You were all part of our success.

For service on Atria products, we recommend the independent service companies listed here. These companies are represented by technicians that have been employed by Atria or who have done Atria service, including glass replacement, in the past:

Atria will honor the warranty on any service order submitted before 4PM July 30. You will be contacted by one of our providers or an owner's representative to schedule an appointment. It may take 4 - 6 weeks before all of these orders can be scheduled.

We are sorry to say there is no further warranty on Atria manufactured products as of today.
