ATRIA SERVICE POLICY
We will repair or replace (at our option) all warranted parts up to 2 years from the date of actual sale, or your closing date (whichever is later). This will be done during normal business hours Monday through Friday at no charge to the consumer.
After 2 years, we will replace all warranted parts at no charge for the parts, but there will be a service call charge (see below ) if it is necessary to come to your home.
Out of warranty or broken glass claims will be processed by
All-American Glass Service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The consumer is responsible for installation and replacement of the glass after 2 years. We will not be responsible for installation, repainting or finishing any warranted products. We will not be responsible for product not installed properly, damaged during construction, unreasonable use, or not sold by Atria.
Warranty on repair or replacement shall be limited in duration to the duration of the original warranty (For Example: A part warranted for 1 year and replaced after 9 months will carry a warranty for 3 more months).
Damaged or missing screens are not warranted after delivery and/or occupancy (whichever is later).
Glass that is broken or cracked regardless of the circumstances
is not warranted.
NOTE: Effective May 3, 2010 - Low E glass specifications changed to AGC Comfort Ti-AC36, which is tinted slightly darker than our original Ti-R and AC40 coatings. The older coatings are not available.
GLASS SEAL FAILURES
Glass failures may be caused by many different elements
- Settling of the building structure
- Water infiltrating and remaining under the glass where it eventually seeps through the sealed spacer system
• Caused by clogged weep holes
• Caused by a broken seal (caulking, tape) around the glass
- A break in the seal of the two panes of glass as slight as a pinhole
- Adding an after market reflective film (causes a heat build-up between the panes)
A glass failure does not indicate a faulty or poor quality window.
When glass failures occur, the dual pane unit must be replaced. A qualified installer should replace your glass to insure proper setting (with setting blocks) and a proper seal that prevents a repeat failure.
If you have glass with seal failure, you may :
1) Have a service technician to come to your home and replace your glass (See Glass replacement labor charges below)

Therefore, we Request you complete the On-Line Glass Replacement Form so that we can quickly order the replacement glass to be shipped into our home office. For labor other than glass replacement. = $80.00 per visit
(Up to 1/2 Hour with one man)
$30.00 per each additional 1/2 Hour
Glass Replacement Labor Charges:
These charges are applicable 2 years after your closing date
and do not include material charges.
Service Call = $80.00 per visit
(Includes 1st piece of glass up to 15 sq.ft.)
Each Additional Unit = $20.00 per piece (up to 10 sq.ft.)
Each Additional Unit = $30.00 per piece (over 10 sq.ft. up to 15 sq. ft.)
Each Additional Unit = $60.00 per piece (over 15 sq.ft.)
Add = $40.00 per piece for units whose base is higher than
9 ft. above an interior floor

For seal failed glass 11-20 yrs. = 50% Off Listed Prices
